Workout 1 & 2 for this week

Tuesday Workout 1:  100 flights in real life! Went to Ventura Beach parking structure. 1 story = 10 stairs, according to the stair mill at my gym so I've been using that as my base count. Up to the top was 64 or so steps. Went up that thing 17 times = 102 stories. Also, went down them 102 times. That was the killer. Also, stair mills 10x easier than stairs in real life.

Wednesday: off due to soreness

Thursday Workout 2: woke up sorer than the previous day. Made a point that my upper body was functioning. Laced up. Gym time.Workout as follow:
  • extremely slow mile walk that took 18 mins and hurt like hell
  • pull downs at 75lbs (15 x3)
  • bench press at 95 lbs (10 x3)
  • bench press at 115lbs (7 x1) <--wanted to do more reps/weight but I'm scared w/o spotter
  • seated row at 70, 85, & 105 lbs (10-12 ea)
  • tricep pull down 40, 50, 40 lbs (10-12 ea)
  • shoulder blowout 5lbs (80 x2), 10 lbs (40 x1)
  • bicep blowout 10 lbs (50 x3)
  • stretches, very mild because my lower body kept trying to charlie horse.
