Following last night's 5-a-side game my legs and feet are very, very sore (wearing 10-year old trainers with no support might have something to do with that) and I seem to have bruised my testicles. But at least I won't be needing them anymore.

Manj popped over for a brief catch-up this afternoon in his Porsche, as you do. He took me out for a quick spin in it too, with *quick* being the operative word. I felt like a Viper pilot from the original Battlestar Galactica series when they are shot out into space through the launch tubes. ;-)

As I mentioned the other day on flickr, over the weekend Claire and I spent a huge amount of time (11 hours in total) in the garden chopping down trees, cutting up branches and clearing 23 bin-liners full of garden waste and assorted plants and bushes (but at least we were out in the sun I suppose), interrupted only by a marathon Putney-based ( Read more... )
