I've already lost track of the day. I *think* it's day 5. I went to the store Monday. I somewhat stuck to the list in my head. I bought one or two things not on the list, but I still managed to stay around $20. Not bad considering I usually spend much more. I really don't have time for a major post, but I'll do a quickie update.  Sigh.  Life before vacation.  No time to breath at work whatsoever.  Coupled with leaving early on Monday because someone was "sick" makes for a short time span to do three weeks worth of work.  I'm almost to the point of not caring.  Almost.  Especially after the boss took 2 ( Read more... )

I haven't posted about diet, health, etc.  lately.  Okay.  so there is no diet.  I admit it.  I'm trying to get better about eating better.  But that works about 2 days in 7.  But my diet is slowly seeing more veggies.  I can bring myself to order salad before a meal, etc.  I'll get there.  exercise is next.  at some point past projects that need ( Read more... )

Okay-so I'm still sitting in front of the computer instead of being on the treadmill. I did walk today at lunch for about a 1/2 hour.
