today
today has been an awesome day and it's totally not over yet!!!
i actually got up at 8:15 to wash face & brush teeth & go to pilates at 9, then did the elliptical for about 45 min + whatever cool down, which was about 3.5-4 miles!!! of course, i was so half awake when i got to the gym that i sat & pressed the ticket button for the gate about 4 times before the guy behind me finally honked because the gate was OPEN. then i bought some water, but didn't realize i didn't have any water until halfway through the ab series of pilates. then while waiting for my vita protein stripper shake, i went to my car to try to find my ticket for the gate so i coudl validate. i must have spent about 10 minutes looking for tha tgoddamned card, til i realized i didn't have a card cuz the gate was open. heh. 11am i'm heading home to shower & take disco to the vet.
she gained 3 lbs since the last time we were at the vet, so 83 lbs she is. teeth are healthy & she's all caught up on her shots. :)
then it was off to shade @ woodley park. joplin rocked it obviously. it was great to be there for a few hours. saw so many people i hadn't seen in 10 yrs. it was definitely a "soandso? omg is that you??? SQUEEEEEEEEEEEE" afternoon.
now just waiting for the boy to finish recording his new mix and then off to d's & then spb for more shenanigans. i miss saturdays like this! bring back the park day party!!!!!
