Good on you! This reminds me of the Family Ties episode when Jennifer gets suspended for doing a book report on Huckleberry Finn which was banned at the time. Julia Louis Dreyfuss is the family's ring-in lawyer who gives them advice on handling the school board and she and Alex P Keaton are totally hot for each other, but hiding it under their desire to look more well read than the other...

I remember when Forever was stolen from my school library - probably by some 7th grader who read the 'dirty' parts out to her friends at recess. I was annoyed at having to save up my pocket money so that I could read the dirty bits too...

My school wouldn't even let us use forks and knives in the lunchroom during lower elementary. We definitely weren't to be trusted with sex and divorce.
