Has not every girl that's read Deenie had fears of a curved spine ruining their chances of teenage superstardom? My hemline is not straight. Scoliosis hypochondria has returned.
p.s. The cover art on the 1991 version of Deenie on amazon is ridiculous. She definitely had long dark hair and a white skirt, like on my copy. Bookcovers from my childhood should not be updated.
