Week 2 at the Co-op netted us;
1 quart strawberries
1 pint organic strawberries
1 (giant!) head of lettuce (choice was 1 of lettuce, kale, beet greens, arugula, or vitamin greens)
1 bunch salad turnips (choice of turnips, radishes, swiss chard, or bok choy)
1 bunch scallions
10 garlic scapes
1/2 lb sugar snap peas
After that we swung by the Salem Farmers Market and I picked up a beautiful bunch of kholrabi, quinoa biscuits and dried sweet potato for the dog, and cider doughnuts for the hubby.
And we finally finished painting the dining room! A good day.
