i've had to go back on the vallium, vicodin , and advil to take my left leg off of spasm. yes the whole freakin leg seized up on me and i was in pain.  the long drives to my classes haven't helped where i stumble out of the escape and hobble like a 100 year old woman until the kinks gt worked out -- if ever. the 10000 squats and lunges my trainer ( Read more... )

This is Trainer's motto. I swear she comes up with news ways to torture her clients every single minute of the day. Working out with her has been great, personally i don't see a drop in weight, but i keep getting told by random students/clients that i look awesome. Hey, i'll shut my mouth and take that compliment anyday.
