Really, really disappointed with Lush UK :(

So i just got my UK after holiday order and rushed, super excited, to open it. I remarked that it felt light but didn't think much of it. Until i quickly discovered that my four Snowcakes and two So Whites were not there, along with a letter saying that they were going to refund me the money and that they were out of stock. Ugh. Why let me order if it's out of stock and let me think this entire time that i'd get them!? I'm so upset about the Snowcakes... that's the entire reason i even placed another order. And then i didn't get the free stuff for spending over 30 pounds either!

Anyway. Just wanted to vent to people who understand the disappoint of not getting their favorite products :(

At least i got a few retro shower gel samples...
