Big's color stripping?

I picked up the hair care sampler yesterday and was doing a bit of reading on Big (since I have fine hair that needs volume) and how it takes away color if you color your hair. Now I do color my hair (a shade darker than my natural), but I was wanting to go lighter for summer.

So with that said, how much color DOES Big strip out of your hair?
