as i await my third lush uk order ( and sit on my hands to not make a fourth! ) i was wondering what the favored methods to take lush products on-the-go were. not traveling so much as tossing a bit of dream cream or lemony flutter in your purse to use throughout the day. obviously the whole pot is out of the question; do you use the sample jars? leftover lip tins? buy your own pump bottle? sometimes at work my hands get so mistreated that i really wished i had some dream cream on me--so lushies, what's your best leak-proof method to take moisturizers or gels with you?
on moisturizers, what's the lightest body lotion? i love dream cream for my hands, feet, and legs after showering, but during the day when i'm outside, any bit of sweat turns me into an all-over oil slick. or would i be better off getting the general moisturizing out of the way in the shower with a buttercream or body butter?
also, a while ago i remember there being a question on how to use dusting powders on your hair without too much white residue. i've had some luck with blotting candy fluff onto sections of my hair with a blush brush. even through a few coats, as long as i was dabbing it on after swirling the brush in it and tapping off the excess, i didn't see any noticeable residue.
