Anybody else do this
Or is it just me? I spent a day looking for a story I'm positive I read but I can't find and suspect it doesn't exist outside my head.
This has happened before, usually with fanfic and sometimes with scenes from stuff I watch; I can see it clear as day in my head but can't find it anywhere.
I have my suspicions my subconscious is messing with me and has convinced my conscious to play along.
Also, there needs to be a 'befuddled' mood icon, complete with eyes rolling in opposite directions.
