First of all, thank you for this great recap! I'm a little late with my comments here. I've just rewatched this episode and I can get that you don't like that Luke's kinda flirting with Noah. I think that too although I also think that's just part of Luke's deep feelings for Noah. He can't shut them off and he doesn't wanna loose his friendship with Noah. I do love the whole episode, I must say. I really like the talk Luke has with Noah because even if Luke sends mixed signals at first, he FINALLY clerifies that what he has with Reid is SERIOUS.
Noah: "Are you, um -- is it serious between you two?" Luke: "Well, I never expected it to be, and Reid -- he sure didn't plan on it. But --" Noah: "What do you mean?" Luke: "I mean that Reid -- Reid doesn't really do serious. But yeah, it's serious."
What I love the most is the Douche's face after Luke said that. ;-)
What I also love in this episode are the Reid/Chris' scenes with Reid's fabulous lines, such as:
"Yeah of course not. She’s already been through a lot, what with her husband dying. You’d think the last thing she needs is to trip of your lifeless body."
or:
Reid: "Do you even read the same medical journals I do?" Chris: "Look, I'm going to take care of myself, all right? Katie will not suffer." Reid: "Because wishing makes it so?"
Chris is so so so so so so stupid and Reid is capable of making this bad situation funny. I love him for that. I also think that he's too side tracked at the end of the episode when he talks to Luke about the meeting with the hospital trustees. And I DO LOVE LUKE'S BITCH FACE. I can't help it.
