I had an OMG moment at Tai Chi today when I tested how much I've advanced with stretching. We have these handrails on one wall for stretching. I haven't used them since last Spring, a long time ago. I could easily reach the higher railing now with my foot. The lower one is at a height which puts an about 90 degrees angle between my legs. The second
