[Written earlier at Boston Logan Airport. I'm home now.]
50 degrees and sunny is great weather for running. I got in my regularly scheduled three runs during my week in Massachusetts, running 25 minutes nonstop at a time. Two months ago, I could barely manage 1 minute. Go, me!
Last night my parents hosted a house concert. They've had this series for 10 years, but this is only the second show I've attended, the first one being during my visit last spring. The performers were Cliff Eberhardt and Drew Nelson. The concert was good, and hanging out late into the night afterward was even more fun.
That 50 degree and sunny weather was yesterday afternoon. During the concert, it started raining, then snowing. It snowed for a few hours, but this time it was big snow, little snow -- huge flakes and small accumulation. By this morning, the temperature was rising, the snow was melting, and the roofs were dripping. Now I'm sitting at Logan Airport waiting for my flight home, the sky is clear, and I can't see any snow out the window.
