On a positive note!
Things have been improving and we're feeling very positive lately. Besides getting a spot of sunburn on an excursion outside over the weekend, I have been feeling well and my stats are improving. My lung infection seems to be clearing up and I am no longer in need of continuous oxygen supplementation which makes life a lot easier. I've also been 6 days without a fever which is absolutely amazing, and between these two things I may be looking at some relief time at home later next week (possibly.) Although these things are looking up it still doesn't change the fact that I have a narrow chance of this chemotherapy working, but we are very hopeful for a positive result and are doing everything we can and need to, to prepare for both scenarios.
I am again overjoyed with the support that has been sent out. Every email, text message, visit, anything means so much. I believe everyone is interconnected, and we are all a part of something larger than any of us can fathom individually. I feel blessed to be the recipient of so much love and I know I keep saying it, but it's because it does mean the world to me, it is life of death, it is so important, thank you!
