Paint Shop Pro Icon Tutorial #1: Cropping, Resizing, and Adding Borders
I will be doing a series of PSP icon tutorials, since alexi_serenitia requested some help with making icons. I use Corel Paint Shop Pro X, so while my program may look somewhat different, it is still essentially the same program as earlier versions. If there is something that I do within the program that cannot be done with earlier editions, please let me know.
