The thing about addiction is that it never ends well, because eventually whatever it is that was getting us high stops feeling good and starts to hurt. Still they say you don't kick the habit until you hit rock bottom. But how do you know you're there? Because no matter how bad a thing is hurting us, sometimes letting it go hurts even worse. 

I always say that everything you need to know about life you can learn from Grey's anatomy. OK I haven't always said that but whatever. So here is Life Lesson Number 1 for season 4 least ways ... I'm sure were I to go back I could find a lesson from each episode since the beginning but this is my experiment for this season, so bare with me.
