I enjoy that Will's lost time episodes take him to Hannibal. I do adore the way Hannibal announces that he's Will's friend like its a badge of honor. It's his prize pin on his human suit. His favorite toy. And I believe that he believes his concern for Will. It's a very seductive thing, buying into his concern.
I did not miss Lounds. She just feels off, and not in the good way.
I love when Will and Hannibal play dad to Abigail together. Especially when Hannibal talks about he and Will as a we or an our.
I'm still pretty intrigued by Hannibal's arrangement with Abigail. Well, that was interesting. I love that Hannibal just admits to Will that he knew about Abigail and helped her. "We are her fathers now?" Really Hannibal? That is just delicious. He cements Will's place in his invented family by pulling him into the crime, incriminating him. Then that hand on the shoulder? That insanely charged hand on the shoulder?
Seriously Hannibal? Will and I are going to protect you? And that line about knowing what monsters are and how sweet he was with her. So fantastically messed up. And next week looks so awesome!
