[Frey had considered for a while the idea of volunteering to help out with the Student council, and that had led him to the meeting.

He arrives early to mingle and talk, and maybe have a bit of food while he's at it.]

It really has. [ there's a certain air of smugness and clear self satisfaction. he's put a lot of work into this - more than he has in his entire life. and it feels good to see success come of it. ]

I'm glad. I've never heard of this sort of organization but from what I can tell it should help the school quite a bit to get students so involved.

Exactly.

At home, I was president of my graduating class... it was a bigger and more advanced school than this one, but the same methods still apply. A school needs it's leaders.

I did for a while. But school puts you in contact with friends and future allies.

My entire family has attended that academy! Well... except the ones without zaiphon, but they were politicians anyway.
