Where: The school.
Summary: There's food, cake, candy and more!

And here was the first official meeting of the year. Shuri simply lounged in his seat, humming to himself as he thumbed through his notebook for his plans. Quick as a flash he's up and at the chalkboard, quickly jotting down the main points that they would be covering. In the end, the board looks something like this.
Welcoming new members!!
Assigning positions (voting?)
Uniforms.
Making School more fun.
Festivals.
Clubs.
And then after that he set about placing plates out and setting everything up. By the time everyone arrives, the room looks fairly festive and the Oak heir looks rather pleased at his handwork.
[ ooc; Alright guys! General mingling all over. Characters will be here a while before Shuri decides to break out his dramatic speech, so everyone has plenty of time to get to know one another!
Talk to each other, get to know one another, remember funny classroom stories, bond, threadjack, pass notes! The actual meeting will take place in the SERIOUS BUSINESS thread, but all else is welcome below. Have your character comment arriving, leaving, attempting to smuggle food out, etc!
The SERIOUS BUSINESS thread will have introductions where characters state their reasons for being here and their goals and whether or not they want to try for a position. Just comment under the initial titled comment with your character's little introduction speech and then respond to people accordingly. Most everything serious meeting and councilwise will take place in there, and I cannot stress enough how important having your characters get to know one another is! ]
