It's been about a week since I got back from Taiwan, Cambodia, and Vietnam.  A month was a pretty good amount of time to spend away from home, but if I had had some friends accompanying me, I probably could've stayed longer.

We arrived like 2 or 3 days ago.  On the first day, or maybe it was the second day...I don't remember, I went with Ngou Bet, my dad, Hian Hok, Hian Hong, and Soi Dion to get a haircut, which consisted of a trim, a shampoo massage, a rinse of my whole head -_-..., a shave, aftershave massage x4, and then they put some cool tar (it looked like tar) ( Read more... )

I'm at Sun Moon Lake!  It's the largest freshwater lake in Taiwan, in the only province that doesn't border ocean.  It was named for its shape, with one end being more full like the sun, and the other being a crescent like a moon ( Read more... )
