My kiosk is shutting down. I'm a little sad cause there are parts of it I'll miss (like friends and learning languages for free). I might be looking for a new job. I haven't decided. Oct & Nov were bad months for me sales-wise. I did really well in Dec, but it wasn't enough to overcome those two months. Mom and I drove around town today. We noticed a few spots of flooding, but for the most part where I live is on a hill so no significant flooding. However, all the surrounding highways and interstate are still closed in spots due to flooding. Hopefully more water will recede by tomorrow so I can get to work ( Read more... )

I don't know what you all have heard, but TN got hit with a lot of flooding. Like wow amounts. I live on a hill so outside of my pool overflowing (which was neat to watch) and the pond up higher than I've ever seen it, we're fine here. Everywhere else around me...not so much ( Read more... )

New Years Eve was low key awesome. We watched "Up" and "Innerspace" (Picardo and that hair made that movie). Mom got hammered. Dad and I laughed. This day has been just absolutely horrible. I was late for work and someone spilled coffee on my work shirt. So when my boss's boss came I wasn't in the offical uniform.
