For screencapping how many frames should I capture for screencaps per second? Please help me out cause I want to cap and make icons and stuff. Plus I wanna post up some screencaps of Stana Katic (♥♥♥) from Stiletto. So...yeah. Help?

Okay so I am so retarded that I just desperately need your helps. Does anyone know of a super fantastical tutorial for Sony Vegas Pro 8 on like EVERYTHING in it? Cause I'm super confused and any help would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise I'm pretty much clueless :/
