Had a great weekend in Vic.  Highlights included:

• meeting L's 7-week old daughter Taylor and chatting with the Alm sisters about everything baby and mom related.
• meeting A's 5-week old son James and chatting with the Whetung family and friends about more baby stuff and mom stuff - lots of laughs :)
• finishing a puzzle with my bro and dad.

Dinner date with AVB didn't happen so I rode dowtown with JP from work and we had udon on a patio and a nice little visit.  Then I went home and made dinner for A (mini penne with bacon, asparagus and peas in garlic cream.) and ended up having a big bowl of that too.   ...and chocolates ( Read more... )

I can't wait to go to Victoria today!  It is CA's bridal shower this weekend and it is going to be super nice.  Plus I will get to see her little man and PK's little doggie :)  I haven't seen P since he ditched the gf so it will be nice to hang again without being worried about letting on how much I don't like her.  I hope we can get some bro&sis ( Read more... )

I love the fact that he missed me while I was away.  Even though it was only for two sleeps.  I put a big pillow next to me in the empty bed to feel cozier.
