Yesterday I went to see the naturopath and was re-assesed. in the past month I lost 7.5 lbs, losing 1.25 inches of my waist and .5 off my hips.  My commitment to the program is totally renewed!  Yay me!  The only downside is that some of the weight I lost was muscle instead of fat so I need to incorporate some weight bearing exercise into my
