Home Safe

Made it home safe, and in one piece, and so far as i know ive managed only to leave behind a few books, and those are safely at mom's from whence they can easily be retrieved.

Went to DC, loved the Metro train system, was wowed by the Nation Museum of Natural History, was no-where near the shootings at the Vietnam Holocaust Memorial,  thought the Bird House at the National Zoo was neat.

Back to dads, drive to mom's, via Snowy's.

Border Skirmish VI has renewed my urge to create things, the creative input i desperatly needed. I've been creatively idle since finals, imagine that. Never did get any archery done despite having remembered to bring my bow and arrows half-way across the country, but helped with things, talked, listened, and generally enjoyed myself. Snowy, i even enjoyed having you along, for the most part :P

Drive back to dad's, have steak (mmmm partially cooked cow...) see Sky for the last time in a bit; he is staying in Cincinnati looking for employment and trying to afford a community collage attached to UoC called Raymond-Walters. He aught to have a nice GI bill to help with that, but one still needs an income for food and transportation at least. Anyway, yay for school!

Drive back to savannah. Why does the 12-hour drive home always seem twice as long/arduous as the 11 hour 50 minute drive up?

Bed!
