Yay, Harry/Ginny shippy moments! I'm glad the films seemed to ignore the whole "I can't be with you until I do what I have to do" subplot and just lets the audience assume they're together despite still being apart.

I can't wait to see it! We got into London today and went to 221B Baker Street, then decided to go crash early. I was thinking all the theaters would be sold out. We get to see "Much Ado About Nothing" tomorrow!

Eeep! I hope this didn't spoil you too badly! And yes there are definitely some Harry/Ginny shippy moments although they never actually have a conversation, but there's lots of looks and things. It's very clear that even though they're not together, together, they're together.

Oh yay! Welcome to London! The central London theatres were probably much busier. Plus I went during the day and it's a weekday/schoolday so it wasn't very full. When I left the theatre at around 5 it was much busier. I'm guessing the later showings were packed.

Yay for Much ado! You'll love it!!! I managed to win a lottery ticket for it on Tuesday night so I went for a 3rd time and it's just as fantastic as it was a month ago. I'm thinking I may try to go again sometime in August! :)

How long are you in town for?

Nah, I purposefully clicked looking for the shippy moments. ^_~ I figure I've devoured the book, I largely know how the film would go. These changes still make more sense than omitting the Marauders (still a huge WTF moment for me.)

We're here until Sunday morning then going to Oxford on our way back. We have the matinee showing of MAAN tomorrow, and we're trying to plan what else we can do before then.

Ahhh okay. And yeah most of the changes make sense. The one I have the biggest beef with is the omission of the dialog between Harry and Voldemort. It's still an awesome movie regardless and totally worth seeing ( ... )

I saw Harry Potter with Deb and Joyce! I'm really excited that I got to see it in Canada AND in a theatre. I really liked it too. I was disappointed that Hermione and Ron's kiss wasn't exactly the way it was in the book, although it was still cute. And at the end, it seemed like there should have been a more joyous moment when Voldemort was defeated. I think it was the best movie of all of them though.
