Dang it, my problems with alcohol intolerance continue. :( Although last night was, I guess, my best experience with vodka. I had about 2.5 shots of vanilla vodka in creme soda, and it was tasty and delicious and I couldn't even tell I was drinking anything alcoholic. You'll hate to hear this... but maybe your stomach would be doing slightly better if you weren't so averse to wating fruit. Ah well, I know it wouldn't change my mind if tasting mustard could help me in any way.

I saw you mention not liking fruity beers... Are you avoiding drinking good beer? (I mean high carb beer) because Porter is nice. You could always smoke if you don't want to upset your body. There are few unpleasant side affects there.

I'm sure it'll freak you out to hear from me, Gina, but I have to agree with this! Splurge a little and try some good beer.

The only beer I've ever had was absolutely disgusting... maybe it's just that I haven't had the right stuff? I don't know, though, it always smells *awful.*

Heh, yeah, it is a bit surprising to hear from you on this topic :) Then again if your parents drank, from what you say I'm sure they'd drink the really good stuff, so that might be why you'd know.

My dad is a huge beer snob! XD He's very big on local beers, which is probably smart since they're (I imagine) more likely to be made in smaller batches than big commerical beers and there's probably more care taken in the whole brewing process. I don't have any to specifically recommend, but you can always ask at the liquor store.

Seriously, I have friends who are like LOL PBR! PBR! MILLER LITE! ANYTHING CHEEP! and that's just ... no. Yuck. If you're going to drink beer, at least drink some that tastes all right. Blech.

I know. I take vitamins and fiber regularly, but it would be great if someday I could find some fruit I really enjoyed. Banana I can handle, actually.

I'm avoiding drinking beer, period. I've only tasted it twice but both times I violently loathed it. Of course, the first time I was 12 and the second time it was cheap nasty beer the school had for us seniors. So maybe it was just bad experiences then and beer is actually good. But it smells dreadful.

Wait, what, you want me to take up smoking? o_O Oh, you probably mean pot, not cigarettes. No thanks... I don't think it'd really be my thing. Especially since Sean (Rusty) does it when he can sneak it, and generally if Sean likes something, I won't. :-P Plus I'm just getting over asthma that I got during college, and this is the first year in a few where I haven't had to use my inhaler. So I wouldn't really want to aggravate that, as it was rather annoying (giving me coughing fits that sometimes lasted for like 10 minutes at a time).

Cigarettes are nasty. At least pot has the decency to smell all right.

LOL, it really, really is. For example, driving really fast is not as appealing since Sean wrecked three cars in 2 months. >_<

Heh, yeah, Willamette totally had gay ducks. They were pretty cool.

Nope, I don't watch movies that often unless it's with Ben or my mom. Although my mom probably wouldn't mind watching it... after all, we did watch the first season of Queer as Folk together, and that show beats you in the head with t3h gay.

Yeah, the beer at the senior lunch thingit was Not So Good. And it's true that beer is a bit of an acquired taste, but once you get to the point where you can drink beer without wincing, under the right circumstances it's really, really, ridiculously good. Nothing beats an ice cold beer with pizza :P
