This is probably my new favourite summer dessert. Chia pudding with seasonal fruit -- it hits the spot when I'm craving something sweet and at the same time it's healthy and light. Perfect for summer.

My February weekends are usually quite boring because it's dark and cold outside and I just want my books and lots and lots of tea.
