Birthday stuff.
Last weekend was spectacular. We needed to celebrate 4 birthdays but didn't really feel like going out much (living in a small town does that to you sometimes). So we decided to feast at home... and we did. Oh, we did.
This was Saturday lunch:
Our cake. We all wanted something not too sweet and very fruity. This really hit the spot.

Grilled goats cheese and honey. I saw these over on Rosie's blog and couldn't resist trying to make them. I will definitely be making them again soon.

Sunday breakfast. We tried to bring some spring to our lives as the weather just refuses to co-operate.
