All our hard (but enjoyable) work paid off and we had a fantastic Saturday afternoon.
An exhausting afternoon with setting up, then the dress rehearsal, followed by the performance and tidying up.

This evening I met Adrian (london1952 ) and his sister Fiona at St. Pancras.
Fiona was down in London for the day and she was going back up to Leeds from nearby King's Cross.

We don't go to St. Pancras station that often and so for me it's always a little treat (and tonight, of course, was a double treat because Fiona was there too).

Fiona (Adrian's sister) and Inigo (nephew) came to visit us at the week-end.

On Friday evening we all had dinner in town with the lovely Jean and Philippe who were also in London.
It was a lovely evening, although too short as it'd have been nicer to spend more time with them.

Andrew (Adrian's sister's partner) fancied going to the Natural History Museum to see the dinosaurs. It was his 40th birthday yesterday and we just couldn't say no.
Well it was a big mistake! The queue was very slow moving and horrendous; the place claustrophobic as you were trapped on a raised walkway in a hot and stuffy room.
