Last night it was a "Nigella-Fest" !  I cooked dinner for our friends and neighbours, the lovely Lynne, Miranda, Bobby, and the lovely Paul (from north London - but we don't hold that against him !! Last week, "trapped" in the house, I realised it was one of our neighbour friends' birthday and had a card but nothing else ! ....so, as I couldn't get out, I did a "Nigella" !!

A quite nicely turned out "Delia" sponge cake, with butter cream and strawberry jam filling....
