Prepare your computer, keyboard, pen or typewriter! NaNoWriMo is coming to town.
So my biggest issue with NaNo has always been that it starts the night of Halloween. Usually a night where I am partying or trick-or-treating rather than focusing on the madness that is about to begin.
And all the preparing for the festivities usually leaves me unprepared for that fateful day.
But despite all that I shall start off the moment my laptop clock strikes midnight.
What will I write? I haven't prepared my main novel enough so I figure I'll get my word count through my new story. I'm excited because I have an idea in my head and it's not what I've been saying. I'm thinking of making a story about a woman and a serial killer with a black comedy [murder is okay when used for good, kids] sort of twist!
Under three hours til the game begins!
