Yup, that photo pretty much sums it up.
That is - my Christmas.
The darkish hair is mine, as is the black laptop in the background, The room belongs to my parents, and the strange evil-looking red ball on the top of my head is one of the X-mas presents from My Neighbour. ("Your 'friend'?" ".. colleague". John, dear, now I fully comprehend your awkward position.)
Three bright beanbags. You know, for juggling. Because it stimulates brain activity and relaxation.
Knitting should relax as well. Too bad it seems to have an opposite effect on me. (See last entry for proof. There must be something pretty wrong with the circuits in my system.)
As previously mentioned, the Christmas time was quite ... um, wearisome? Stressful?
I'm glad, it's over now, so that I can start the dull university routine again.
Nevertheless, there is this funny desire to concentrate less on the actual academics and instead to go away and try a semester abroad. An acquaintance of mine keeps posting so lovely pictures from Stockholm that I'm really envious. Too bad it's too late for it now ._." I must wait for the Ph.D. program, if I want to travel around the globe.
(and the desire to travel has nothing to do with psychological repression and/or discontentment or anxiety because of the current situation XD)
In February there'll be several exams of doom, closely followed by two practical courses in March. One of them will be especial interesting, since it's dealing with radioactive stuff >:)
Glowing with anticipation? (lame joke but I had to write it. The evil red beanbag made me to.)
Have some girlish photo to make you forget about that red thing watching you.
There was this pretty old-fashioned dress which I found in my mothers wardrobe. Plush snake-fabric for 2013 >:)
Back to learning?
Or curling up in bed with a book... (or a fanfiction).
