I have an idea. I think it will work.

Okay, so the freecycle toaster thing didn't pan out. They lied and it's really a oven toaster, not a pop-up. So now I'm going to attempt trading it for a pop-up toaster. It shouldn't be too hard, because it really is a nice toaster. Anyway, I think I can trade a toaster for a toaster, if that one guy has now managed to trade a red paper clip for a year's rent on a house in AZ.

Here's the plan...in all it's crack-pot glory. Bear in mind, I'm trained in weapons and generally indestructible.

* Take a long extension cord out to the middle of the backyard and plug it into a toaster. The toaster will have the pop-up thingy taped down with electrical tape and probably some sort of non-conductive extender thing. I'm still working on the non-conductive extender thing.

* Insert Strawberry Pop Tarts with Frosting. It should work either way, but I believe that the frosting will enhance the flames.

* While waiting for 18" flames, place a King Kong Twinkie onto a stick.

* As the Pop Tarts start flaming, I will start to roast the King Kong Twinkie like a marshmallow.

* The flames will not have an effect on the Twinkies. I know this from experience.

* Before the flames die down, I will unsheath my kitana (wooden hilt which I plan on wrapping in rubber for extra safety and using electrical gloves) and slice through the tape/extender thing with my mad ninja skills.

* Hopefully, the poptarts will pop out at least somewhat dramatically. Given the fact that our current toaster hurls the toast approximately 3' there should be some effect.

This will all be filmed. Soundtrack and credits will be editted in later. Hopefully, it will not be stolen and brought to Korea like the Potted Meat movie. Damn international student!
