Holeee crap. A woman came into my store a couple days ago and spent 10,000 freaking dollars. 10 grand! Oh shit! A couple came in the store today to exchange a necklace gift for jewelry for the wife that was more her style. I helped her try on and price the different things we had until she found a nice ring and earrings, then helped her get a necklace and chain for a granddaughter. As amazing as the things we sell are, sometimes people return the things they've bought. If a return is accepted, they just have to fill out a little pink slip with their name and reason for return for our records.
