I had the results of my biopsy and I need to go in for minor treatment, under local anaesthetic. I must admit, I'm pooping my pants a little. I know it's going to hurt like a mother fucker. Tomorrow I'm heading to London, for work. I'm going to the office we have down there. It's the first time I've been. I know it's going to be a long day and I can see myself getting a headache. I fly tomorrow! about to go shower, shave, finalise what I'm wearing on the plane and pack what I can. Will pack the rest tomorrow when I get up. My alarm is set for 4.31am exactly. I sometimes tend to wake up around this time anyway. Might get one more SOA episode in before I go to sleep.

Also need to get my carry on bag ready. So much to do!
