The Pagan and Gender Conference is coming up. My personal experience of it was really mixed, but clearly there is a big need in the pagan community for the conference. I did a presentation last year, and would like to do one again. The question is, what is useful? What do you think?

I know most folks emphasize the first fruits aspect of Lughnasa, but for whatever reason, today I've been thinking about the games that used to be played to celebrate Lugh, and his stepmom, Tailtiu. Since yesterday I was a bit out of it, today I am thinking about/celebrating Imbolc. Celebration of the Irish Goddess Brigid. 'The' goddess in some ways. Boosting the signal... Lee Harrington, a long-time leather player, has shared a new Feri-style pentacle; Ruby/leather. Pentacles are ways of working with our common human experience/energies. I'm going to work it and see what I find.
