Lifehacker led me to a tasty site, FindTheBest. Choose a subject, and it presents a comparison of prices, features, reviews, etc., for your perusal. For example, I looked at ebook readers, and was pretty wowed by the comprehensive categories.
Google labs has introduce a 'flip' news presentation... it lets you browse site (magazine/newspaper) covers or articles, flip forward and back... pretty cool. I think it will be fun to explore at some date and see if, oh, they have an science fiction section or an lgbt section, etc.

yea! I really like (free for home use!) this program - you install it as your printer, and it automatically detects pages with just one or two lines, and let's you choose to print them or not, etc. Saves ink, paper, money, trees.
