I've been obsessed with pimento cheese sandwiches lately.

Summer salad option:

Baby spinach (I like Fresh Express)
Watermelon
Feta cheese (I like Athenos)

Combine baby spinach and cubed watermelon in a bowl. Sprinkle with feta on top. You don't need dressing cause the watermelon is juicy enough on its own!

I believe I'm over my carb coma of chocolate chip pancakes at brunch.

So much better than the other crappy flavors.

This week at the hospital was Patient Safety Week. I guess the other 51 weeks we don't give a shit about our patients. ;) There was a safety fair and the employees get to go around to each booth and play games like Jeopardy! or spin the wheel to answer questions. Y'know what Old Navy's problem is? Not enough mediums. The clearance rack is stuffed full of XS and XXLs. Uh, some of us are between those sizes. I know it's clearance merchandise and has been picked over already, but that also tells them that medium is one of the most popular sizes for women. So stock more.
