Several large workbenches are arranged in a haphazard fashion in the room. A large furnace sits unlit in the northern corner.

Swindler sets down his masterwork spear he's been toting (and using for support today), takes out his crossbow, and does a quick scan of the room for any items of interest.

**Search = 17 (10 +7)

He then goes to check out the furnace, listening to make sure there's nothing crawling around inside, then putting a hand near it to make sure there's no heat, then checking it for traps, disarming them if they are found, then finally opening it and checking out if anything's been stashed in there.

**Listen = 7 (3 +4)
**Search (trap) = 26 (19 +7)
**Disable Device (if required) = 18 (11 +7)
**Search (if opened) = 15 (8 +7)

Sorry about the delay.

Other than the tools that Punch is picking through, there doesn't seem to be much of interest in here.

Opening the furnace doesn't reveal much other than a pile of ash.

Lugh exits the room and heads to the crossroads. He looks down all the corridors, looking for doors, arches, certain death, etc.

Cora follows Lugh out of the room, but she attentive for anyone else to identify themselves as in need of healing.

Crossbow in one hand, Spear/Walking stick in the other, Swindler shuffles his way into a position in the middle of the pack.

"All set. Yessir. All set..."

Swindler then stops speaking to catch his breath.

I assume you're going to the crossroads just north of the door to this room.

From the center of that cross roads, you can see that the hall continues north for quite a ways, but there is another door just ahead, on the east wall.

The hall also continues east, just about to the end of the torchlight, where there is another crossroads.

To the west, the hall only continues for about another 10 feet where it dead ends in a small alcove with a door on the south wall.

He then turns, throws open the door (south wall in west corridor), and heads into the room.

The door is open and leads to a corridor that extends south for about the length of the torchlight and then turns west.
