FAQ 196: [R]esponsibilities as a maintainer or member of an adult-oriented community

FAQ 196 still contains information such as restrict membership to the community only to users whose birthdates on their userinfo page indicate that they are over the age of 18. All future members must display their full birthdate, including year, on their User Info page.

It should probably be updated in some manner to reflect the new content flagging changes.
