Reading one short fic for every bullet point added to my presentation is a fair trade off, right? A step up from all out procrastinating at least....

The air con is fixed!!! In theory anyway. We've got another dress down day tomorrow just in case. They finally worked out this morning that the reason it kept tripping was because the cooler from the IT Comms room pumps all of its hot air right onto the air con unit, so adding the hot weather to that kept tripping it. I burnt my wrist on the oven. I was being so careful not to touch the shelf or the bottom of the oven while taking my pizza out, I over compensated and hit the metal bit at the top. Owwie.

In other news they still haven't fixed the air con at work so we're on casual dress until further notice, rather than on a day by day basis.

I made chocolate fudge yesterday and took it to work for people today, and they loved it! :oD

I was kinda gonna go swimming tonight, bt the weather's manky and I have a headache. And I'll be hungry at swimming time. Monday is the only day with an evening swim session, which is really annoying.

Well, luckily me and Lindsay decided to eat out tonight, cos the kitchen's been stripped of useful stuff and wallpaper. We also decided to check out Ashton Park School Sports centre, which is SO hard to find in the dark without a map, and involved crossing dual carriage ways and dodgy underpasses.
