You know you're one sad individual when you start regularly reading your textbooks in the bathtub. In my defense, the bathtub is not only free of distractions (i.e. the entire internet), but it's the best lighting in my apartment. I get sleepy elsewhere.
I'm in a bit of a funk already, which is bad since it's only the beginning of the semester. It's just that most of class time is really boring (neuroscience and respiratory physiology), and nothing fun or interesting is happening. I've become one distracted individual--flaky and forgetful :P
In other (better) news, the t-shirt I made has raised at least $600 for our class, and once we get around to selling the extras we ordered (and they will sell), it'll be over $800 profit. Sweet. Each year our class has to raise at least $500 for SCAVMA membership, and anything over that amount we can use for whatever we want. I love seeing something I drew--my cartoon, my handwriting--on the backs of people all over the school--even the cafeteria ladies! Does me proud.
Better study some skulls n' brains--test Monday!
