My best buddy's (Emma's godma's) grandpa passed away on Saturday evening. Ah Kong was ninety-five and a half years old and when he finally closed his eyes for the final time, he was surrounded by friends and family who were singing hymns and praying over him. I guess there's no better way to go than to die this peacefully ( Read more... )

Just a few days ago, Emma was playing with my dad-in-law's stethoscope. He proudly said, "Emma, when you grow up I think you want to be a doctor!" Both he and mum-in-law then went on to ask Emma if she wanted to be a doctor when she grew up.
