Sad Feet
Sadly, that picture is not far off.
I put on my duck boots today as the temperatures have dipped and the ground/walk was likely to be nasty. I thought that y'know, a pair of boots I've owned for over 10 years ought to be nicely broken in and comfortable by now. I wore them constantly at Smith and never had any issues with them. I wore two pairs of Sabs' socks and all seemed well on the walk from the train to the high speed line.
I started to feel it on the walk from the high speed station to work.
Ouch.
I'm praying that the weather stays clear tomorrow so I can just wear my clogs to work. My feet are just too torn up for anything else at this point.
