Yesterday I felt fine all morning, just very, very sleepy, but awful in the evening. Very cold, but at the same time overheated, and with a raging headache which made me feel nauseous when I stood up. Went home early from the social/event/party/whatever in the Student Union, and then kind of passed out on my bed, with my shoes still on and everything. Woke up at 4 in the morning, got changed and stuff, went to bed properly. I feel much better now, so I don't think it was a fever, but I don't know what *did* cause it, which bothers me. If it was something I ate, I want to avoid it from now on, but of course I don't know. Hm...
I forgot to bring any pens or pencils, so I went to buy some-- they are all extortionately expensive, so I just bought 2 ballpoint pens. For about 2 bucks. Are pens always that pricey?
Also, I need to get better at using my phone, and memorize my number! I've traded numbers with my roommate and a girl I met at orientation, and both times I managed to make it into something of an ordeal. -_-;; I'm working on it!
And, there are so many meetings and things, so hard to keep track of. There's a presidential scholar meeting tomorrow, which conflicts with the Vasudha program meeting. I need to check in with my work study (my WS assignment: America Reads) adviser, and go to a work study set-up session next Saturday. I need to set up a bank account here, and I need to find out what my adjusted schedule is. And, now I have to go to a Study Abroad info talk. My, my, look at the time!
