This past week was rough. D had a high fever Wednesday through the weekend, so Scott and I traded off staying home with him since he couldn't go to daycare.
Monday - lift & walk
Mondays are always hard to get started. Missed out on lifting.
Got in 2.5 miles walking on the treadmill desk.

This was awful. My day was so screwy due to meetings (and people being late for meetings) that I couldn't get out until close to 2:30pm. It was frigging HOT. I managed to get 4 miles done outside (avg ~9:15/mi moving pace) before I headed inside to finish the last 2.2 on the treadmill (8:40 pace). YUCKS.
Wednesday - walk
2.9 miles on the treadmill desk. No time for anything else.
Thursday - bike Betty Rocker 30 Day Challenge - Day 9 (Abs)
Some friends are doing this 30 day challenge, so I borrowed one of their workouts during D's naptime while I worked from home. Wasn't much (about a 20 min workout) but better than nothing.
Friday - yoga walk
Again, meetings and stuff got in the way of making it to yoga class. Got in a good 5k walk on the treadmill desk though.
Saturday - bike
Biked in the morning with D in the trailer and joined by Megan! We rode from the house down the swamp rabbit trail to downtown, turned around and rode up to TR and back. Total of ~23 miles. Was such a nice morning, lower humidity than it's been recently. Tough work pulling the trailer though, whew my quads were feeling it!
Sunday - bike
Family bike ride for Father's Day - took the trail down to Upstate Craft Beer Co. for a beverage and back to the house. Nice ride once again!
