So, this weekend we've *all* been at home (parents, siblings, myself, dog...), which is something that rarely happens nowadays. It's been cool, and kind of weird at the same time. When I went to workout tonight, I saw a kid that could not have been older than 15 or 16 who had the tiniest waist I've even seen in my life, plus huge arm muscles and a wide chest/shoulder area. He looked like a character out of a superhero comic book or something ( Read more... )

Nothing like working out to exhaustion...I had the best night's sleep last night. And I woke up this morning feeling rested! That doesn't happen too often at all, so I'm very happy about that.

I really should do this more!
